MIDLAND - HAZMAT crews were called out to the water treatment plant in Midland on Thursday.

Around 9:30 a.m., there was a chlorine leak at the plant on North Midland Drive.

We're told it was caused a manufacturing defect on a chlorine cylinder.

It took about two hours for crews to contain the small leak.

There was never any danger and the water is fine.
